Standard Package

Our Standard Package is a professionally managed and delivered email package that offers pre-designed templates for ease of selection.

Details
We incorporate your logo and content into one of our professionally designed email templates. After populating your text and photos into the email, we perform a spam word check and HTML code validation, which helps ensure email deliverability and cross-email program compatibility. Next, we import your email list, manage and send the email, and provide a performance report via email three days after the email is sent.

- Final draft content/text - up to 500 words in digital format (Word, PDF, email)
- Photos - up to 3 photos in digital format (any photo format)
- Email list in digital format (Excel, CSV are best).
Elite Package
$680/+ 1 cent per email sent
The Elite Package includes all the features of the Standard Package while incorporating award-winning design. Our design team will offer a custom design to help you stand out from the competition.

With the Elite Package, we consult with you and design a custom email specific to your company and brand. We tailor the design to the type of email, which improves conversion rates. We provide two reports after the send, a one-day snapshot report and one-week detailed report. The detailed report will provide ideas on how to improve your next email.

E-Newsletter Package
Initial Cost (includes 1st e-newsletter) $995 - $1,395/+ 1 cent per email sent
E-Newsletters are a powerful marketing tool allowing your business to stay in front of your clients, drive repeat traffic back to your website, improve your credibility, increase lead generation, offer value added information to your clients, and provide consistency to your marketing plan.

Details
Initial cost includes the creation of the email design and the first e-newsletter. Future e-newsletters will utilize the existing email template and include content population to the main content area of the newsletter
Light content is based on 1-5 articles/call-outs per e-newsletter and heavy content is based on 6-10 articles/call-outs. An article is based on up to 350 words and one photo/image. Newsletters with more than 10 articles/call-outs will be billed at our standard rate of $85/hr.

* Change cycles beyond what is listed are additional at a rate of $85/hr, with a minimum charge of $25. Work begins when we have all of the materials for the project. For fastest turnaround, provide all materials at the same time. Turnaround time begins when we have all of the materials for the project. Rates for subsequent e-newsletters beyond the first are based on using the original design from the first email and reflect changes to the content area only. Updates to the base design are additional.
